Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented General Dentist to join our dynamic and patientcentered teams in Holyoke and Chicopee, MA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compassion.
Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology
Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed
Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes
Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Thursday or Friday

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or eligible) dental license in the state of practice
- Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
- Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canal therapy, crown & bridge, restorations, and prosthodontic services
- Familiarity with endodontic procedures and treatment planning; willingness to refer when appropriate
- Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Strong understanding of medical and dental terminology, radiographic imaging, and clinical documentation
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and electronic health records
- Knowledge of dental materials, fabrication processes, and lab communication
- Commitment to delivering highquality, patientcentered care
- Excellent communication, patient education, and chairside manner
- Ability to work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and office leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule efficiently
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, mentorship, and clinical growth opportunities
