About Brookline Dental Center
At Brookline Dental Center, we are committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered dental care in a state-of-the-art facility. Our multidisciplinary team of general dentists and specialists works collaboratively to ensure comprehensive and compassionate treatment for our community. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Endodontist to join our practice two days a week to help us continue delivering the highest standard of care.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Endodontist with at least two years of clinical experience to manage our patients' endodontic needs. In this part-time role (2 days/week), you will examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a gentle chairside manner, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and referring dentists within the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and formulate comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring endodontic care.
- Perform routine and complex non-surgical root canal therapies and retreatments.
- Perform endodontic microsurgery (e.g., apicoectomies) as needed.
- Utilize advanced endodontic technology, including dental operating microscopes and CBCT imaging.
- Manage patient pain effectively and safely.
- Collaborate closely with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate restorative treatments following endodontic therapy.
- Maintain meticulous, accurate, and timely patient records and clinical notes.
- Ensure all clinical protocols adhere to state regulations and OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Proper patient follow up and available to address patients’ emergency needs.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Certificate of completion from an accredited advanced education program in Endodontics.
- Valid and active state dental license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing exclusively as an Endodontist.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong proficiency with modern endodontic equipment (microscopes, rotary instruments, CBCT).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a stress-free patient experience.
