$3M, busy comprehensive SE Vermont practice searching for a dentist who can work independently doing primarily C&B, operative, easy endo & wants to work towards ownership within 36 months.
Well established (25 years) practice with a loyal upscale patient base that appreciates a higher level of care.
6 op office close to three major ski resorts. Many outdoor activities, close to Boston (2 hours) and Dartmouth College/ Medical Center (40min).
New office with all new delivery systems and mechanicals and is very technologically focused including:
-CO2 (Solea) laser hard and soft tissue Periolase ND:YAG laser
-X-Nav guided implant placement system
-DS system for anterior and molar endo
-CBCT, digital x-rays, digital charts (no paper)
-Orthodontic Aligner treatments (SureSmile)
Surgery centered practice:
-Single implants, multiples placed, All on X, bone grafting, sinus lifts
-Surgical extractions, 3rd molar removal, SprintRay and Dentsply Sirona 3D printer -CEREC PrimeScan and PrimeMill
All assistants are CDA certified and/or EFDAs. They perform all designing of restorations, seating, and placement so you work on establishing a rapport and trust with your patients. The assistants will take care of the rest.
No Medicaid or PPOs. FFS and select insurances (Delta, VA)
Two therapy Golden Retrievers are in the office everyday for everyone's enjoyment!
Compensation:
Base + production bonus
Relocation package available
$10,000 sign on bonus
