Registered Dental Hygienist
Description
At New England Dental Partners, we are building an alliance of practices with dentists and other dental professionals as the business leaders supporting and promoting growth and success in outstanding patient care fostering staff members that work hard, have fun, and reach professional fulfillment. Each office is part of its individual community as well as a premier dental service alliance that is Dentist Led. Patient Centered. Team Focused.
Summary: The Dental Hygienist is the chief preventive provider of the practice. This team member motivates, educates, and provides excellent treatment in a compassionate and patient-centric manner. Under indirect supervision, the Hygienist will remove hard and soft deposits from teeth and examine oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease as well as educate patients on oral hygiene, provide preventative dental care, and take and develop X-rays, or apply fluoride or sealants. By discovering and documenting areas of failure, both periodontally and restoratively, he or she facilitates the dentist's diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
NEDP and all its offices are run on hard work, having fun, and growing as dental professionals. We would welcome a full or part-time hygienist to get in contact and see if this might be your next dental home!
