Our well-established, family-owned dental practice of 28+ years that recently completed a multi-million buildout is looking for a Part-Time Orthodontist to join our growing team. We are a multi-specialty practice and are fully committed to providing high-quality care to our community. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized dental services in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
This is a State-Of-The-Art, completely digital office that includes all Adec equipment, iTero Scanner, NSK electric Handpieces, Intraoral Scanners, 2D/3D CBCT, Intraoral Cameras, etc. Our complete renovation includes a spacious staff lounge with a modern kitchen, outdoor patio, yoga space and gym for staff relaxation and entertainment.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, including X-rays, impressions, and photographs.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
Install and adjust orthodontic appliances such as braces, retainers, and clear aligners.
Monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment and make necessary adjustments.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Collaborate with other dental professionals, including general dentists and oral surgeons, to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment when necessary.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques through continuing education and professional development.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their orthodontic journey.
About you!
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry in MA.
Proven experience working as an Orthodontist, with a strong track record of successful orthodontic treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Dedication to staying current with advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to help patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles.
Work Schedule:
Ideally 4 Tuesdays per month; 8 hours per day
