Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Orthodontist to join our founding clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape practice culture, cultivate patient relationships, and deliver exceptional care in a growth-oriented, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and develop customized orthodontic treatment plans
Provide comprehensive services including braces, aligners, retainers, and interceptive treatments
Collaborate with pediatric dental teams to coordinate care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Stay current with modern orthodontic techniques and technologies
Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency
Board-eligible or board-certified (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families
Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care
Interest in digital orthodontics (scanners, aligner systems, etc.)
