Orthodontist sought for practice in NYC suburb, approximately 60%  Invisalign treatments/certified Invisalign research office with access to latest technology. Still o lots of braces, too.  Seek an easy going, fun loving, intelligent, skilled, business minded, community minded  people person with excellent chairside manner, orthodontist sought to join us 3-4 days/week, net compensation potential $400,00/yr expected, with minimal investment.  Your intention is  to transition to full time and practice equity within a year, with current principal orthodontist/owner continuing as agreed 1-2 days/ week  to help manage transition and business of practice.  4000 sq ft, state of the art custom built 2 story orthodontic office with staff kitchen/lounge, staff conference room.  7 full time staff, systems/scripting focused practice management/customer service systems and training.  Health, dental, vision, 401k, benefits access. Requirements

Minimum 2 years orthodontic clinical and practice/staff business experience. Doctor preferred with a good knowledge and  working experience of Invisalign treatment and programming and design.  Experienced with Clin Check programming and design, and communication with Invisalign lab. Seek and Outgoing and confident people person, who works faster than slower, without sacrificing quality of care. Willing to learn and embraces high level patient customer support and orthodontic practice management systems and strategies.
