Our well-established, family owned dental practice of 27+ years just completed a multi-million dollar buildout and is looking for an Associate General Dentist to join our growing team. We are a multi-specialty practice and are fully committed to providing high-quality care to our community. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized dental services in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
This is a State-Of-The-Art facility, completely digital office that includes all ADEC equipment, NSK electric Handpieces, Intraoral Scanners, 2D/3D CBCT, Intraoral
Cameras, etc. Our complete renovation includes a spacious staff lounge with a modern kitchen, outdoor patio, yoga space and gym for staff relaxation and
entertainment - this office was built with an associate's thoughtful vision, success and comfort in mind!

Job Duties:
Perform dental treatments including teeth cleaning, restorative (dental restorations, crowns, bridges), orthodontics (braces), prosthodontic (dentures,
crown/bridge), endodontic (root canal) therapy, periodontal (gum) therapy, oral surgery (extraction of teeth) and pediatric restorative/crowns.
Perform examinations, taking radiographs (x-rays) and diagnosis. Assesses the condition of patients' oral cavities by examining patients' teeth and supporting
tissue using radiographic equipment, dental equipment, and instruments; utilizing dental auxiliary staff.
Develops patients' oral health care treatment plan by diagnosing conditions; consulting with patients, dental specialists, and physicians.
Perform duties related to preventive dentistry, which involves administering dental care to uphold optimal oral health.
Repairs decayed and broken teeth by removing decay; restoring, extracting, and replacing teeth; placing filling materials; taking impressions of existing teeth;
prescribing crowns; prescribing the fabrication of bridges, partial dentures, and full dentures.
Maintains soft tissue by treating diseases of the gums.
Performs root canal treatments.
Minimizes dental procedure pain by administering local and general anesthetics when performing treatment.
Maintains dental patients' general health by consulting with primary care physicians regarding medical issues, medical specialists regarding acute health issues,
and pharmacists regarding pharmacological implications of dental treatment medicaments.
Obtains dental specialists for general dentistry patients by referring to endodontists, oral/maxillofacial surgeons, orthodontists, pediatric dentists, periodontists, and prosthodontists.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; maintaining asepsis; complying with the State's Dental Practice Act and other health and legal regulations.
Supervises 2 Dental Assistants, 2 Front Desk Receptionists and 4 Registered Dental Hygienists.
Supervision:
2 Dental Assistants; 2 Front Desk Receptionists, and 4 Registered Dental Hygienists
Work Schedule:
Number of hours per week: 40 (5 days/week)
Daily Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch). E/O Saturday
Required Experience:
2 years of experience as a General Dentist. Experience to include, 2 years of experience in:
root canal treatment, extractions/oral surgery, pediatric restorative/crowns, and preventive
dentistry.
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in Massachusetts.
Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, CSR etc
Education:
U.S. DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree.

Compensation: $300,000.00+ / Year, depending on the experience, but you will have the opportunity to exceed this amount.

Requirements
Required Experience:
2 years of experience as a General Dentist. Experience to include, 2 years of experience in:
root canal treatment, extractions/oral surgery, pediatric restorative/crowns, and preventive
dentistry.
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc.
