Northampton Implant & Family Dentistry is seeking a reliable, motivated, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a modern implant and family dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including implants, restorative, and general dentistry

Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories

Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans

Maintain accurate patient records and charting

Provide patient education and post-operative instructions

Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols

Support a positive and efficient clinical workflow

Requirements

Qualifications:

Dental assisting experience preferred (implant experience a plus)

Current MA Dental Assistant certification 

Radiology certification

Strong communication and organizational skills

Friendly, professional demeanor

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Dentrix experience is a plus
