Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treatment plan comprehensive general dentistry cases
- Perform root canals (anterior and posterior); refer complex cases as appropriate
- Read and interpret digital X-rays and CBCT scans
- Perform digital scans and take clinical photos for treatment planning
- Conduct clinical exams on hygiene patients
- Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with patients and team members
- Stay current with new technologies and techniques in dentistry
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
- Strong clinical skills and confidence in general dentistry
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and high integrity
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive compensation above national average
- Estimated annual earnings: $200,000–$300,000
- 401(k) with 3% employer match
